Fancy a different kind of valentines night?

SuperDoux invites you to enjoy a french themed, intimate and quirky evening, with four courses of fantastic plant-based food, plus recipes, tips from the the chef (me) and petite fours to take home!
Bring your partner or come with friends, in fact, why not celebrate with anyone you love! I promise you won't be bombarded with love hearts and soppy-ness, and you can leave your stiff upper lip at the door…. get your french on and grab yourself a ticket!

Menu:

Entree-
Faux Gras
(rich and complex pate made with walnuts, puy lentils and mushrooms)

Served with onion marmalade, pickles and crusty bread with homemade butter

Plat 1-
Cassoulet of mixed beans tomatoes and herbs

Served with rosemary polenta crisp

Plat 2 –
Plante au Vin
(thick, tasty and warming, made with plenty of super Bordeaux wine)
Served with dauphenoise potatoes and green beans

Dessert-
Mousse au chocolat
Served with a lemon Sable biscuit

Petite fours –
Mini goodies to take home, enjoy with coffee, or scoff in between courses….:)

-£30 pp, includes a glass of bubbly or wine on arrival

-Byo booze, or wine chosen specially to match the food available for £5 a glass or £10 a bottle

This meal cannot be guaranteed nut free, though only the pate uses nuts.
